Climat/Lieu-dit : This Pinot Noir is produced in the south of the village in the lieu-dit called “Petits Chaliots”. 

• Soil type : clay-limestone soil at the bottom of ribs 

• Area : 0,18 ha 

• Average age of vines : 50 years 

• Harvest : 100 % manual harvest

We are working according to the precepts of organic farming since 2007 and are in the process of certification. 

Ageing : 12 months in French oak barrel 

Type of winemaking : 100 % destemmed, vinified in concrete vat tank for two weeks
