Terroir:

Climat/Lieu-dit : It is the only Premier Cru that the Domaine works on the North of the appellation.

This parcel takes place at the bottom of the hillsides. It is a terroir that produces wines renowned for their finesse. 

The Vine:

• Soil type: soils composed of clay, limestone and alluvial from the combe de la Serrée 

• Altitude: 260/280 m 

• Slope: 8 % 

• Area: 0,46 ha 

• Average age of vines: 40 years 

• Harvest: 100 % manual harvest

We are working according to the precepts of organic farming since 2007 and are in the process of certification. 

Vinification & Ageing :

Ageing : 12 months in French oak barrel with about 20 % new oak barrels 

Type of winemaking : 100 % destemmed, vinified in concrete vat tank for two weeks 

Wine tips :

Serving temperature : 16° to 18°C (61° to 64°F) 

Drinking windows : 3 years > 10 years and more 

Allergens : contains sulfites
